Working alongside the talented team at Stundio PHH Architects, the homeowners gave the designers the freedom to create highly specialized spaces that cater to their unique lifestyle and needs. This included features like a dedicated record room, an acoustically-lined home office, and a walk-through library adjacent to the primary bedroom.

While the original foundation was preserved, the majority of the home was completely reframed. All new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also installed. Every inch of the space was meticulously considered, designed, and crafted anew to optimize functionality and aesthetics.

The result is a home that seamlessly blends the homeowners' vision with impeccable architectural design and engineering. Each detail, from the bespoke built-ins to the carefully curated finishes, speaks to the owners' passions and the collaborative effort of the Owners, design team, and Sparrow.
